I get out of bounds and when I`m getting up, somebody pushed me back down. I grabbed the ref to get his attention to say, `Hey, did you see that?` You are not supposed to touch the ref. I understand that. I wasn`t doing it to put him down or anything like that. I put my hand on his back. It was a gesture.
I keep stressing that last year put everything in perspective. I felt like football was my whole life. When it was taken away from me, I felt the Lord was teaching me a lesson to not put all my eggs in one basket. ... That`s why I am enjoying playing.

We went through that last time, I`m done with that. I mean Moose was a very intricate part of me playing, still is. But I`m not going to go through all that. It`s old.

I wasn`t trying to be demonstrative and all that stuff. I`m not trying to put my hands on the ref or get physical with the ref, that`s not my style. I know I`m going to get fined. I`ll deal with it and move on. It`s my first time ever getting thrown out of a game.
When I came in here he was very instrumental in teaching me patience and understanding the game. He did that constantly and laid back sometimes when I was having a rough day. He had that big-brother mentality.
I`m frustrated we weren`t doing things right, but that`s football.
