Obviously you`re disappointed when you get sent down, but I`ve been sent down before, ... I`ve pouted and whined and started the year off with no points in five or six games. That`s the wrong thing to do. I`ve got to come out here and lead by example. If the younger guys see me moping around, then they`re going to do the same.
