Treatable Quotes

I think suicide is sort of like cancer was 50 years ago. People don`t want to talk about it, they don`t want to know about it. People are frightened of it, and they don`t understand, when actually these issues are medically treatable.

So I can`t show you how, exactly, health care is a basic human right. But what I can argue is that no one should have to die of a disease that is treatable.

I know what I have to do and I plan to do it. It`s a good time to get it done and get it behind me. It`s treatable, so why not treat it now? My family will give me comfort but I have to do this alone.
