- George Clooney"That`s the exciting thing. I still don`t know what I`m going to be. I love acting. I would love to be an English teacher. I would love to be a housewife and have a chateau in the South of France, I would love to be a singer that travels to cafes around different towns. I am loving to live out my life right now and see where it goes, it`s exciting."
- Bethany Joy GaleottiI think I`m on a track of doing pictures nobody wants to do, that they`re all afraid of. I guess it`s the era we live in, where they`re doing remakes of "The Dukes of Hazzard" (1979) and other old television shows. I must say, I`m not a negative person, but sometimes I wonder what kind of movies people are going to be making 10 years from now if they follow this trajectory. When I grew up there was such a variety of movies being made. You could go see Sergeant York (1941) or Sitting Pretty (1948) or Sullivan`s Travels (1941), dozens of pictures, not to mention all the great B movies. Now, they`re looking for whatever the last hit was. If it`s The Incredibles (2004), they want `The Double Incredibles.` My theory is they ought to corral writers into writers` buildings like they used to and start out with fresh material.
- Clint Eastwood(On the importance of the Toronto Film Festival for smaller films): If people, critics respond to the film there (Toronto Film Festival), it starts a nice little wave of chat, which for a movie like North Country (2005) is really important. It`s one of those films that travels by word of mouth.

- David Wilkerson(Claire travels in time. And while she and Jamie do fall in love, their story is not so much the stuff of sighs and moans (well, not just that anyway) as it is a grand adventure written on a canvas that probes the heart, weighs the soul and measures the human spirit across 10 generations. These are genre-bending novels, and that`s just one of many reasons that people read them.) Historical romance is not what I write, ... I`ve always called them historical fantasias.
