Taping Quotes

Officials at the White House are saying that President Bush hasn`t changed his schedule much since the war started. The main difference, they say, is that he`s started watching the news and taping Sponge Bob.

There are three things pageant women do. There`s the Vaseline thing, which I didn`t do. There`s duct-taping your boobs, which I never did because I`m not into pain. The third thing is using athletic spray adhesive on your butt to keep your swimsuit in place. I did do that. So one out of three ain`t bad.

I`m a mom, a full-time mom when I`m not taping. I do the carpool thing, and bake the cookies, and do the homework.

There`s five cameras, I don`t know how many people in the audience... depending on where we`re taping, there can be anywhere from 300 to 5,000 people, so the contestants are nervous.

I didn`t used to want people taping the shows but if you do, more people buy the official record.

I`m so excited about joining Radio 1, ... When I was a kid I did the classic thing of taping shows off the radio and dropping my own voice in - hopefully this show will be better than that! Most of all, I`m looking forward to talking about music, obsessing about music and playing loads of music.
