"I don`t think I`ve drunk one since I`ve left the Bond movies. Every bar you go in, there`s always some wisecrack, `Oh, yours will be a Martini, shaken, not stirred!` You get sick and tired of that." - talking about all of the vodka martinis he would get whenever he walked into a bar, while he was playing Bond.
- Timothy DaltonTo be certain, neither I nor my film is anti-Semitic. The Passion is a movie meant to inspire, not offend. My intention in bringing it to the screen is to create a lasting work of art and engender serious thought among audiences of diverse faith backgrounds, or none, who have varying familiarity with this story. If the intense scrutiny during my twenty-five years in public life revealed I had ever persecuted or discriminated against anyone based on race or creed, I would be all too willing to make amends. But there is no such record. Nor do I hate anybody - certainly not the Jews ... They are my friends and associates, both in my work and social life. Thankfully, treasured friendships forged over decades are not easily shaken by nasty innuendo. Anti-Semitism is not only contrary to my personal beliefs, it is also contrary to the core message of my movie ... For those concerned about the content of this film, know that it conforms to the narratives of Christ`s passion and death found in the four Gospels of the New Testament ... This is a movie about faith, hope, love and forgiveness - something sorely needed in these turbulent times.
- Mel GibsonTo me, the Bond situations are so ridiculous, so outrageous. I mean, this man is supposed to be a spy and yet, everybody knows he`s a spy. Every bartender in the world offers him martinis that are shaken, not stirred. What kind of serious spy is recognized everywhere he goes? It`s outrageous. So you have to treat the humor outrageously as well. My personality is entirely different than previous Bonds. I`m not that cold-blooded killer type. Which is why I play it mostly for laughs.
- Roger MooreI don`t believe in Bond as a hero. It`s a load of nonsense. How can you be a spy when any bar you walk into, the bartender says, `Ah, Mr Bond. Shaken, not stirred?` - His explanation for his comical approach to the Bond character.

- Ann MorrisShaken-soldier syndrome is a traumatic brain injury that shows in veterans who have survived roadside blasts. In patients who are unconscious but with no penetrating head wounds, it would be extremely helpful for emergency medical technicians to test for a marker to see how severe the injuries are. Then perhaps something can be done early on.
