I`ve gotten very good at scheduling my life, scheduling the scene and preparing myself for knowing, saving the energy, consuming the energy, knowing when to go for it and having the available reserves to be able to do that. You have to think about that, because it`s endurance.
- Tom CruiseI think more dating stuff is scheduling. It`s needing people who understand your work schedule.
- Jennifer Love HewittMen are very competent in their workplace - and this is going to sound sexist - women are better at running households and juggling lots of things, kids and scheduling and that kind of thing.
- Patricia Heaton(On filming the Panic Room (2002)) "The guys on the set, Dwight, Jared, and me, would work for a day, and then the next day Jodie would work. We rarely worked together, so it was all about getting to know some of the guys. With the way scheduling was, she`s not in the small frame as all of us. They never did it that way. The thing about the film was you did become closer with some people in ways because it took so long. This is the longest shoot I have ever had. It was about 145 shooting days. We also had rehearsals before that. I think it so long because of the shots taken. It was the most planned movie I`ve been involved with."
- Forest WhitakerAllegany County Transit is excited about moving into the area of automated scheduling and feels that this is a major step for our county to provide swift and efficient service to better serve our customers. After careful research by Harford and Allegany County, we feel that RouteMatch will help us accomplish our goals in automated demand-response scheduling.
- Jim StaffordI had very clever producers, who scheduled it brilliantly, but scheduling it was a nightmare.
- John CrowleyCertainly it`s a juggling act when it comes to scheduling tennis. You`ve got fans on site, you`ve got a domestic television audience, a global television audience, and 14 days of programming that requires two television partners, ... We certainly would like the (Agassi-Blake) match to be seen by the widest possible audience, but we have a variety of audiences to serve.
- David NewmanIt would be nice to have a spot where people would be scheduling around us.
- John HarringtonWe take away all of the headaches .We provide a turn-key service, which includes scheduling of airplanes, maintenance of the airplanes, recruiting, training and retraining the pilots.
- Robert GillespieLebanon is restless, Syria got its walking papers, Egypt is scheduling elections with more than one candidate, and even Saudi Arabia, whose rulers are perhaps more terrified of women than rulers anywhere else in the world, allowed limited municipal elections.
- Suzanne FieldsIt really wasn`t until I was in college when I began to write more and more, and I realized I was scheduling my entire life around my writing.
- Anais FarajIn scheduling, we knew there was only one way to find out how good we are and that is to play the best. We have a tremendous opportunity this fall to test ourselves. Between the Big Ten being one of the best conferences in the country from top to bottom and the quality of our non-conference opponents, we`ll see where we stand. The goal is to be playing into late November.
- Andy BrimmerWe have received questions from players all over the West '“ Utah, California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico '“ since the move was announced. We understand how good the competition is, that we`re going to places like BYU to play in front of 60,000 instead of some places in Conference USA to play in front of 6,000. Bigger stadiums. A stronger league. Stronger nonconference scheduling. It`s all a big difference for us and yet our kids are very excited.
- Anwar Ul Haq(STRAUSS : OK. Exhibit 1002 is an e-mail from Karen Hancox, who`s the deputy political director in the White House, to Kimberly Tilley, the vice president`s director of scheduling. It`s cc`d to me. And the subject is DNC trips. And it says,) per Harold, ... He wants to proceed with the DNC request for the VP trips in April. Please let me know if you have any questions.
- Archie SealeI think that the advantage of having an `all clear` is that you have a factor which you can use in the scheduling of EVAs. This allows you to avoid times that are less fortunate. I believe this will be important as we return to the Moon.
- Ayinde UbakaHOTELS The Passion of Pomeranc Hotelier Jason Pomeranc takes some time to chat with the Observer this week and addresses the issue that always seems to be staring him in the face, namely the delays that have pushed back the opening of his new Thompson LES on several occasions now (not to mention made Pomeranc something of a running joke in the industry). But Pomeranc has good news! Three of the 22 floors will open this week, although if you`d like to use the pool or sample the restaurant on the second floor, you`ll have to wait until October 15th when it will probably be too cold to swim anyway. "There are always unforeseen circumstances that cause delays in scheduling," Pomeranc tells Chris Schott. (Not addressed: The rumor that Pomeranc spends more time jetting around the world with his hottie publicist girlfriend Ali Wise, above, than he does at the office.) But if you think the delays and bad press may have humbled Jason just a little bit, well, don`t get ahead of yourself. You`re going to be thanking him pretty soon for making the Lower East Side, don`t you know? "Usually, that process culminates with a luxury project—like what I believe the Thompson Lower East Side will be—where it integrates the vibe and the flow of the neighborhood but introduces a new audience as well. "I view a project as successful, like when we opened 60 Thompson, when it inherently became identified with the neighborhood. It became synonymous with Soho. I hope that the Thompson Lower East Side will do the same." Well, just as soon as the hotel actually opens and Jason and Ali get back from St. Tropez or Porto Cervo or wherever they are this week. Fashionably Late (Observer)
