I think it`s easy to say that I`m ready for this trial, ... We`ve been ready for three years, and we`re excited and I feel great about my case. I feel great about the rulings today and we`re ready to go.

Nine times out of 10 when you lose in the circuit court -- you`ve lost. Generally, appeals courts don`t overturn the rulings of lower courts. That`s why appeals that triumph are such big news.
