A lot of local rivers are inundated with pinks, and I`d try the Upper Snohomish. Lower Skagit was dirty, but I was able to fish it using a bare pink marabou jig. I also did the Lower Samish, and hooked a nice king I broke off in pilings, but only saw a couple caught for 50 guys.
