Next year`s budget has necessitated a fee increase across the board as our expenses have exceeded our revenues for the first time in a number of years. We recognize the increasing burden facing the parents of our children. We do everything in our power to keep fees and expenses under control; it is nice to finally see some recognition ... of the financial realities of parents and of running a sports association today.
