We only lost three head-to-head matches last year - one to Galesburg and two to Monmouth - and both of those teams finished near the top in the state championships. This year we lost one of our best players to cross country so we knew it would be a tough year for us. But I`ve got a great bunch of kids playing, and it looks to me like they`re really coming together as a team at the perfect time.
