I don`t approve of the John Waynes and the Gary Coopers saying `Shucks, I ain`t no actor -- I`m just a bridge builder or a gas station attendant.` If they aren`t actors, what the hell are they getting paid for? I have respect for my profession. I worked hard at it.
- Humphrey Bogart(The Coopers bit. They purchased flood insurance and a DMP policy. Their mortgage payment is $1,500 to $2,000 a month. Their premium: $251 a year.) With the mortgage payment we have, it`s like, `Wow! One month, and it`s paid!,` ... So, it was really a no brainer.
