I`m at my best when I`m working with really talented people, and I`m there to gently suggest or guide or inspire or contribute whatever I can to their effort. We`ll have to watch the data and listen to the anecdotal evidence very carefully. But clearly there is some pressure there and now we`ll have to see how it manifests itself.
