We have a good team, but we want to show we`re a good program , playing well every year. We`re not there yet, but we`re making progress.
Suppose that I am training frontline managers to deliver better or higher quality performance feedback. It`s assumed that they`re going to go out and deliver better performance feedback. But the follow-up isn`t in place to help them really practice in a real situation (or) get the coaching and feedback they need.
We don`t want to look too far ahead. They`re a good football team. They`re playing well right now. I`m sure our kids would be excited to play them. It would be an interesting matchup.
