It`s frustrating, but I`m doing my best to support my team. Hopefully, it will be enough.
The knees have made any injury I`ve experienced, or will experience, a lot easier to deal with and come back from.
I`ve slowly worked my way back in. I don`t feel like I was ever out of shape. Being off for that month was hard, but my foot hasn`t been sore. I haven`t had any problems with it.
We took a week off to gather ourselves with all of this happening. But all being together again and getting to know our new coaches made it a lot better.
I went out to shoot with (my dad) and he let me know straight out what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. It`s mostly my fault for getting down on myself. My teammates have tried to pick me up the whole way.
Right now I`m feeling great. I`m not the expert here. The doctors and the trainers are, so I just have to trust their opinions.
I know she went here, but she was an Indiana coach. After we met with her, it eased all my worries. She got me motivated. I was ready to go practice.
You don`t lose a shooting touch; it just likes to go on vacation for a little bit. I`ve been working in the gym on my own. I think I`m back to where I was and hopefully I can improve that a little bit more.
(Monday) I ran on the treadmill some and ran on the elliptical. I`ve done the stair-master the past couple of days, ridden the bike and shot around.
