It`s just been a wonderful ride because of basketball.

No one is bigger than the team. You`re going to be on time, you`re going play hard, you`re going to know your job and you`re going to know when to pass and shoot. If you can`t do those four things you`re not getting time here and we don`t care who you are.

I`m going in the right way, ... I`m going in as a coach of a team, with the team that put me on the map. That was the most talented team I`ve ever coached in 16 years as a pro.

It reinvented me. It got me back doing what I probably was supposed to be doing.

He`s really a major addition. He`s playing extremely well, blending into the chemistry. We`re learning where to play him and how to play him.

It`s all the doors that are open to you by management and athletic directors, ... In coaching, it`s your staff and players who make it happen. In TV and with clinics, it`s the opportunities that are open to you. TV is a team game also with the play-by-play guy, the producer and the director.

We`re 30 years older now, so you can go back and appreciate things a lot more, ... It`s made for a wonderful year.
